Flooded Thoughts is an experimental stop motion animation that I have worked on with a group at CSULA. My role in this project was video editing, animating, as well as actually taking part of being present in the animation. All animation is done on Dragon frame, a microscope and Adobe After Effects.

Dreaming in Crystal Lights was actually the first stop motion animation I took part in. Overall roles included, set creation, model building, animation and video editing. Using themes of feeling alone in our thoughts and the world, thus created an idea of what it feels like to be in a dream state of the subconscious mind.

Prism is an experimental stop motion animation that I have worked on with a group at CSULA. My role in this project was video editing, animating, and 3D modeling. All animation is done on Dragon frame, Maya, and Adobe After Effects.

I have been exploring animation as an experimental expression of feelings, emotions, and obscure visuals. My work has tampered into the deep thoughts and imaginations of my mind as I seek to make deeper connections with my audience through more dreamy visuals using animation as the basis of my medium.

I rather like to make limited narrations to give viewers a sense of feelings that could be related to anxiety, restlessness, love, depression, or the overall stressful thought that surround our minds in dreams and everyday life. Using a variety of medias such as 2D, 3D, and stop motion animation to create different scenarios depending on the feelings that I want to portray to my audience. Different styles of animation can create different feelings or effect of how we view them visually.

My goal is to relate my feelings to others through a more experimental story or visually experimenting art and feelings through animation.
